Runway East were looking to expand their London presence and, following our work together in Bristol, we were brought in to design and deliver a new workspace opposite the Shard in London Bridge.

The focus for this project was on creating a space that encourages interaction, with a layout and flow that naturally brings people together while still allowing for quieter, more focused working.

As one of the larger sites, the design incorporates a variety of settings to suit different ways of working. Standout features include a rooftop terrace with views across central London and a bright, welcoming café space that acts as a central hub within the building.

Throughout the space, playful design details and contrasting finishes add character and individuality. Earlier elements included features such as a repurposed aircraft cockpit within a breakout and event space, alongside more industrial touches like exposed services and stripped-back ceilings.

The workspace spans four floors, with delivery phased to allow areas to come into use as the project progressed.
