Since 2018, Charlie has played a key role in building strong client relationships at Interaction. Now, as Head of Flex, he focuses on the flexible workspace market – one of the fastest-growing areas of commercial real estate. Charlie shapes and delivers our Flex and Coworking strategy, from identifying new partners and opportunities to managing key accounts and ensuring operators and landlords maximise long-term value.
His mix of industry knowledge, commercial instinct and energy makes him a trusted partner for clients navigating the shift towards more adaptable, people-centric workspaces. Away from the office, Charlie is a keen golfer and dedicated cat dad to Hendricks and Gordon. Having once worked with horses in Italy, he’s quite content with a four-legged companion who’s less likely to kick.
