British Heart Foundation
Project in a nutshell
Size: 35,000 sq ft
Interaction are proud to have worked with British Heart Foundation for more than 20 years. In 2009 British Heart Foundation needed to update their head office in London. Interaction carried out space analysis and utilisation surveys to find out how the charity used their workplace. The design and fit-out resulted in an environment that communicated their strong brand and culture.
“The Interaction Team were the perfect partners for this project. They allowed us to work collaboratively with our staff and trustees to create an environment that everybody embraced.”
Keith Hepple, Facilities Director, British Heart Foundation
An in depth look
The UK’s number one heart charity needed assisting with their office relocation in London.
Interaction explored the use of their workplace using space analysis and utilisation surveys. Using the results, Interaction produced outline designs for numerous buildings. British Heart Foundation based their decision on this information, resulting in a 35,000 sqft design and build project.
The overall design of their new office was to strongly communicate their brand, philosophy and culture. The use of powerful wall graphics and colour helped to uplift the atmosphere, providing an energetic space for staff and visitors.
