Regency glamour meets contemporary coworking
Runway East have arrived in Bath with a workspace shaped by the city’s architectural heritage, reinterpreted through a contemporary lens.
Across both floors, a central breakout space acts as a key feature, designed to bring people together and create a natural point of interaction. A range of work settings sit around this, including private offices, meeting rooms and quieter areas for focused work.
The design takes cues from Bath’s Georgian character, with references woven through materials, layouts and detailing. Patterns and forms subtly echo well-known architectural features, while the overall layout draws inspiration from the city’s historic streets and promenades.
Traditional elements are reworked in unexpected ways – from repositioned ceiling details to bold colour accents and contrasting finishes. The result is a space that feels rooted in its location, while still playful and distinctive.
Artwork by a Bath artist adds a local layer, connecting the workspace to Bath’s creative community.

Design Features
The spaces oozes regency glamour – wall panelling, crown moulding, ceiling roses, and the gorgeous oil painting-style wallpapers which are unique to every room. Meeting rooms are named after iconic Bath sites and areas, and in true Runway East fashion, there’s a dash of humour too – framed doorknockers come with a cheeky sign: “hands off my knockers”.
