Ollie’s journey to becoming our Contracts Director began early, by working for his father’s construction company. From age 15, he navigated building sites torn between dreams of rugby stardom and construction prowess. Thankfully for us, he chose the latter.
Now, Ollie is the linchpin that keeps the contracts team running smoothly, making sure they feel supported and have everything they need to fulfil amazing projects. He thrives in high-pressure environments, and even goes as far to say he prefers a project with lots of challenges to work through with his team. He revels in fast-track challenges, seeking inspiration in resilience literature and mantras like “get comfortable being uncomfortable” – because what’s life without a little cliché? Outside of work, Ollie spends his time running, cycling, shuttling his children around town and undertaking DIY projects (often with the help of his old man).
