Runway East’s London portfolio continues to go from strength-to-strength having launched a new coworking space in Shoreditch, East London’s creative and tech hub.

Close to Old Street Station and Liverpool Street, the building has beautiful architecture combined with large floor to ceiling windows and period features throughout. Designed in collaboration with Sheila Bird Studio, it was the perfect canvas to bring a vibrant workspace full of character to life.

Head to any Runway East space and you can expect a balance of relaxation, networking, and collaboration. In Shoreditch, the ground floor is a hub of activity, designed around a central kitchen with designated quieter spaces with bold textures and patterns. Ssh… there’s even a secret meeting room hidden behind a bookshelf that blends naturally into its surroundings. The ultimate do not disturb.

Each floor has a distinctive tea point and communal area such as a luxury sunken sofa, tiered seating area, or a games suite (boardgames included).

The 5th floor is dedicated solely to housing larger teams who need private office suites, with their own meeting rooms and tea point. These teams benefit from having their own space but still get the perks of being part of the Runway East community.

Before we began on site the building underwent a substantial renovation combining several separate buildings into one cohesive environment. At 23,500 sq ft, spanning 7 floors including a basement and garden space, we delivered Perfection at Pace in 17 weeks.
