A rebrand and a reimagining.

After a significant re-brand and coming to the end of their lease, Cloud solutions company FluidOne needed a new place to call home. Interaction were appointed to deliver a full design and fit-out of their new space in the heart of the capital. Interaction took the opportunity to create an exemplar workplace that reflects their new corporate identity and cultural values.

After searching for their new home, FluidOne found the perfect space on the 8th floor of the newly refurbished ‘More London’ building, on the South Bank of the Thames.

Interaction conceived a fresh and clean aesthetic to create a flowing and open feel. The core of the floor plate was a natural point to centre the design around, assuring there were clear divisions, but not separations, between different types of space, including focus, collaborative, informal and relaxation areas. Having this flow and division is crucial to give staff easy access to an assortment of spaces for the varying demands of their work; inspiring a flexible and productive environment.

One of the highlights of the space is the large breakout area, distinguished by the artificial grass, which also features a ping pong table, games consoles, beanbags, golf putting machine and a fully functional bar. The perfect place for staff to come together, have a drink and unwind on a Friday afternoon, aligning with their social and collective culture.

After just 6 weeks onsite, the result is a fresh, rejuvenation that demonstrates FluidOne’s success and provides employees with a playful and functional space to make a difference to the representation of their identity and business aspirations. The new and improved working environment also ensures FluidOne attracts and retains the best talent that their industry has to offer.
