Neil likes being where the action is.
After starting out in operations and working his way up to Managing Director at a joinery company, Neil has built his career around keeping projects moving.
With a natural instinct for problem-solving and stakeholder management, he’s most at home on site, tackling challenges head-on and keeping clients, contractors and the wider delivery team aligned.
Outside of work, Neil divides his time between sausage dogs Ralph and Willow, the occasional rugby game, and a long bike ride when time allows. He’s also partial to a romcom, and… unapologetically, Justin Bieber.
