The sixth string to Client Care’s bow.
Lucas traded a job in countryside management for a role with less rain and better coffee. He now looks after our clients once their projects are finished, handling calls, logging cases and sorting everything from defects to general questions – basically making sure people stay happy long after their project completes.
He also works alongside his sister, which he insists is mostly a good thing. He’s a huge music fan too, splitting his spare time between playing, mixing, listening and fine-tuning playlists for the office.
