Lily is on the case.
Lily joined Interaction’s growing Client Care team following a degree in Interior Design. She was chuffed to find a role that combines her design knowledge with her natural organisational skills – making Client Care a perfect fit. Lily spends her days making sure our clients are looked after long after their project completes. Whether it’s a quick paint refresh or a whole new floor, Lily will keeps our client’s projects in tip-top shape.
No two days in Client Care are the same, so when she’s off the clock Lily prefers something a little calmer – usually relaxing with a good book, hand-knitting chunky blankets, or heading out for walks with Pablo, her incredibly cute cocker spaniel. Also, her family name can be found in the Doomsday Book. Not that it impacts her client care capabilities, but it is a pretty cool fact.
