Charlotte joined Interaction in 2002, bringing with her an intuitive head for numbers and a frankly intimidating love of process and systems. Charlotte is not just responsible for balancing the books; she also oversees much of Interaction’s HR function, including onboarding new starters. When she’s not knee-deep in spreadsheets, mum of two Charlotte can be found walking her MaltiPoo (it’s a type of dog, honestly), jogging, or, more realistically, cooking. Hugely social by nature, you’ll often find Charlotte helping out at Interaction’s bar, The Volt, on a Friday evening.
