Montana came to Interaction after 10 years as an accountant because she thought the world of D&B would be more fun. Turns out, she was right. Now a part of our Academy, she’s learning to bring every part of a project together – from contracts and budgets to on-site delivery. She loves the organised chaos of a live site and feels lucky to learn from everyone around her.
Outside work, Montana channels her energy into netball, intense gym sessions, and an 800-day Duolingo streak. She also sleeptalks – in French. Must mean the Duolingo is working?
