Isolation: The hidden pandemic

This is the second part of our WFH series looking at the impact of loneliness and isolation. We’ve collated the findings of studies investigating the effects of working from home to help businesses fully understand the impact of remote and hybrid working on their people.

Working from home has led to many people feeling their mental health deteriorating and experiencing a reduction in motivation and engagement at work. It is clear there is an increased responsibility for employers to prioritise mental wellbeing.
