We care deeply about the spaces we create. That’s why we’re looking for an ambitious and motivated Facilities Coordinator to join our Aftercare team to ensure clients continue to get the most out of their space.
Based in Bath, our creative crew work on a range of commercial design and build projects, from bespoke office fit-outs to multi-million pound building refurbishments.
As Facilities Coordinator you will be the dedicated contact for post-project client queries, equipped with in-depth project knowledge to help with any ongoing maintenance, amends and requests. Whether it’s a broken tap or upgrading meeting rooms and AV equipment to enable better video conferencing, you’ll go above and beyond to get it sorted.
Excellent problem solving and innovative thinking, combined with excellent customer service will be crucial to this fast-paced role. We’re looking for someone with excellent administrative skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
