Great customer service and a trusting relationship meant Veale Wasborough Vizards (VWV) chose Interaction to fit-out another office for them, this time in Watford. After successfully delivering projects in London and Bristol, VWV had a strong understanding of what it was like to work with Interaction. After successfully delivering projects in London and Bristol VWV had a strong understanding of what it was like to work with Interaction to create a great place to work, with the client previously saying “Interaction has become part of the home team and gone the extra mile to add value to our relocation”. It’s safe to say the decision on who to choose to relocate their office in Watford was well informed.
Along with the fact that Interaction had completed projects for VWV in the past, it was also the strong and trusting relationship between VWV and Interaction that has kept them coming back. This relationship is not just limited to the Interaction team on site, it runs through to aftercare as well as the projects team to make sure everyone stays delighted beyond the hand-over.
A relocation in Watford was decided upon as a result of further expansion to strengthen their ever-growing presence nationally and in northern home counties. The previous office was out-dated and was unable to meet their needs, therefore VWV wanted a workspace consistent with those created in Bristol and London.
The new space on Clarendon Road, in Watford’s main business district is split into two floors. The lower floor is primarily a workspace and staff focused area, with dramatic colours of crimson and white featuring around the space. On the top floor Interaction created a hospitality suite, with a strong focus on clients. This floor is complete with a large reception area and client breakout area surrounded by large windows and meeting rooms.
