Runway East London Bridge
Project In A Nutshell
Size: 50,000 sq ft
With a number of attractive London hubs already in their portfolio, Runway East was looking to further expand their offering with an additional coworking space at 20 St Thomas Street, London. Following a successful partnership and fit out at their Bristol hub it was no surprise that Interaction were called on once more to deliver the design and build of a vibrant and community focused space.
Each Runway East coworking space is designed to promote a collaborative culture and a creative mindset, setting the belief that each company under their roof can excel together. It is with this shared approach that Interaction were able to deliver another outstanding workplace for the team at Runway East.
Boasting an impressive 4 floors and totalling 50,000 sq ft the fit out took place in two phases to allow members to begin populating the space. Each floor boasts breakout spaces for meet ups and collaboration, promoting a sense of togetherness, with a number of meeting rooms, office spaces and ad hoc working areas to accommodate different working styles and approaches.
The result is an energetic, fun and on brand workplace featuring an abundance of design quirks and individual touches. Overall, the modern and bright space perfectly embodies the Runway East way.
