Project In A Nutshell

Sector: Coworking
Size: 12,000 sq ft
Location: Bristol

The Vision

Following the great success of their first Bristol coworking hub Runway East wanted to expand their South West offering with a second brand-new workspace in the heart of Bristol. With a passion for instilling energy, fun and collaboration within their designs, Runway East once again worked with Interaction for the design and fit out of this new hub on Victoria Street, Bristol.

Already housing a number of well-known brands in the South West within their first space, it was important for Runway East to create a space that inspired smaller start-ups whilst also attracting larger well-established businesses. With this in mind and with a fantastic understanding of the Runway East culture and vision, Interaction were able to design a space that perfectly reflected the Runway East style whlst also ensuring the design was progressive.

The Result

The coworking space exudes creative flare, something that Runway East is becoming known for in its industry. Stripped back ceilings and industrial feel design is seamlessly coupled with a fresh slick look creating a space full of character. Cleverly positioned planting and biophilia embeds a sense of calm creating a natural space with little cubby holes for quiet work and focus. Once again Interaction have designed an office space to reflect the culture and character of Runway East and help to continue their ambitious visions for expansion.

This second Bristol office space has been designed to meet the varying needs of multiple businesses. To meet such a variety of requirements it features communal tea points, break out spaces, collaboration zones, quiet meeting pods, ad hoc work points, bookable meeting rooms and individual office spaces. Perfectly set up to accommodate the flexible approach required of a coworking space it now offers high quality working environments to welcome clients and colleagues.
