Project in a Nutshell
Size: 14,000 sq ft
Having been in the same office for 25 years, a relocation was on the cards for Jordans' Bristol team. The move coincided with the team joining forces with the Vistra Group - a rebrand that required an equally new office design.
Interaction’s brief therefore revolved around creating a brand-led design. Two key aspects that the team were looking for were enhanced flexibility and a “wow-factor” reception.
Fast-forward 8 weeks, and the project was handed over completely snag free. The Interaction team has created a modern open-plan design that features clean lines and spaces to cater for every working style.
To create a great first impression for visitors and employees alike, the reception was finished with unique slatted ceiling and partition wall details, in addition to a large-scale map of the city.
The Key Features
○ A bold red colour scheme throughout to reflect the branding.
○ A white board area to enhance collaborative brainstorming.
○ “Cubby hole” style seating for ad hoc meetings.
○ A multi-functional boardroom with integrated technology.
○ A modern breakout area with an array of seating.
○ Biophilia amongst desks to promote productivity and wellbeing.
Throughout the project, Jordans were impressed with the creativity and efficiency of the Interaction team, with Jane Shackleton (Head of Facilities and Procurement) commenting how “we were told that you were the go-to fit-out people, and you have proved that throughout the process”.
They were thrilled with the snag free process and finished result: “The workspace looks fantastic, we are all delighted. It has been a pleasure working with all of you – and a joy to hold up the snag free board this afternoon! Please thank your team for being professional, supportive, creative and attentive".
