Project In A Nutshell
Size: 2,753 sq ft
With plans for expansion, engineering specialists Hydrock chose to relocate from Solihull to a new space in Birmingham city centre – one that would put the company at the heart of the city’s property and construction community.
Having previously transformed their Bristol office, Hydrock were confident that Interaction could once again create a vibrant workplace that reflected the Hydrock brand and its wider business needs.
Hydrock’s Midlands team now have a space that will enable them to put their roots firmly down in the city centre; a vital move given the city’s fast-growing nature, particularly with infrastructure developments such as HS2, the 2022 Commonwealth Games and the expansion of the airport.
By reflecting the teams’ varied working needs as well as the high quality of Hydrock’s service, the fresh workplace will be appealing for staff members and clients.
