The Graduate Scheme

Our Graduate Scheme is a flexible, hands on learning experience which enables our team to engage in the many aspects of our business.   

The scheme is fast paced, stimulating and dynamic. You will work within the design and estimating process, complete site, and supplier visits, attend client meetings and coordinate many aspects of the sales, procurement and delivery process. 

 

An overview of the scheme:

 

  • Industry: Construction (Design & Build)
  • Location: Bath
  • Length of scheme: 2 years
  • Fast-track opportunity

 

Essential requirements: 

 

  • 2:1 in Construction Project Management, or relevant discipline (expected/achieved)
  • Industry work experience  
  • Excellent mathematical and Excel skills

Your graduate journey

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate looking to start a career in this industry. Over the course of your training you will progress through the following roles:

  1. Contracts Estimator
    Working closely with our internal team and external contractors to produce key documents for multiple sites, taking on all aspects of design and build projects.
  2. Contract Coordinator
    As an integral part of the team, you will work alongside experienced members of the team to assist with the running of live projects. You will undergo approved site management and health and safety training and spend time on site.
  3. Contracts Manager
    After the successful completion of the scheme, you’ll have the opportunity to be responsible for delivering fast track on-site builds as a Contract Manager, where you will take on greater responsibilities and larger projects as your experience grows.
