When your project progresses to site, one of our dedicated Project Managers takes the lead role to implement the works. They regularly update you on progress and involve you in any decisions required. They manage the programme of works, monitor quality and costs, liaise with landlords, appoint and manage subcontractors, suppliers and consultants. They ensure that your site is fully compliant with Health and Safety legislation, work with your in-house IT and Communications teams and generally ensure the build runs in a safe and timely manner.

Interaction has a strict ‘zero snagging’ policy and we take great pride in running our sites with discipline and efficiency. Even after practical completion and occupation, we stay with you, ensuring any queries are acted upon without hesitation.
