When South West Water refurbished their office, they seized the opportunity to promote sustainability in the Utilities industry.

Our designers integrated sustainable products with stylish and practical design, for example, specifying furniture from Carbon Neutral suppliers and made from sustainably sourced materials. We used striking natural imagery to bring the design to life. During build, careful waste management ensured that 80% of materials removed from site were recycled. Old furniture was sold or recycled to ensure minimum wastage and we worked closely with the Considerate Contractors Scheme to minimise negative effects of the project on the environment.

The result is an office that reflects the ethos of South West Water, a place where staff are proud to work.
