Rapidly running out of space at their previous office to accommodate their expanding team Brightside acquired a lease for two floors at the newly built Lysander House, Cribbs Causeway, Bristol. Working in partnership with the landlord, Interaction was delighted when appointed by Brightside to turn their new 18,000 sq ft Cat.A space into a functional call centre, complete with a directors office suite.
Features included in the design scheme for the call centre floor was an open plan work space for their e-development team, an e-team meeting suite, ‘collaborative pods’, (which incorporate the reprographics and recycling area together with an ‘idea wall’), and a fun and bright breakout area for the e-team to relax.
For the directors office suite located on a separate floor two of the directors’ offices were built with their own adjoining meeting rooms, plus two additional meeting rooms were installed, which if required, can be opened up in to one large meeting room owing to the connecting moveable wall. A teapoint and client waiting area were also established on the floor so that it could function entirely as its own entity.
The client is absolutely delighted with the finished look of their functional and contemporary space.
