Sector: Law | Size: 11,000 sq ft, Location: Bath

Introducing a flexible workspace and that incorporates the law firm's strong brand to boost staff morale.

Withy King, a highly respected law firm, had two offices in Bath (Green Park and Northumberland Buildings) and were seeking to restructure their teams. They decided to move out of Green Park and relocate to Midland Bridge and occuped the whole building. This allowed them to reduce the space they had in Northumberland Buildings and ultimately better utilise both offices. Interaction helped Withy King determine which teams should occupy which building, making sure the spaces were used efficiently.

The fit out took 10 weeks and included a design that reflected the firm's strong brand and connection to the city of Bath. A vivid colour palette and wall graphics feature throughout the new open plan workspace, large meeting rooms and employee breakout. The office allowed for flexible working with the use of folding walls, a variety of quiet rooms and presentations. The result? "A great place to work" that increased staff morale.
