The property letting and management agency HomeLets, decided to relocate to an office in central Bath, and asked Interaction to take the opportunity to create an office that demonstrated their success and standing in the market. After completely refurbishing the space, the result is a homely and welcoming design that boosts staff morale and showcases the culture of HomeLets to visitors.
An in-depth look
HomeLets of Bath is a leading independent agency, successfully letting and managing properties in the Bath area since 1992. They found a new space in the centre of Bath on George Street, to relocate their successful business. The space needed complete renovation and they wanted to take the opportunity to create an office that demonstrated their success and standing in the market.
HomeLets Managing Director said: "I've been wanting to purchase a freehold premises in Bath for a number of years now, and when 4 George Street came onto the market, I knew that it was a natural progression, as it is a prime location in Bath."
Interaction created a modern design within the Georgian style building, with key pieces of contemporary furniture, joinery and graphics. The main shopfront window is displayed with their available lettings, whilst giving a great view into the space. Spread over 3 floors, the building includes a breakout space, shower room, boardroom, workstations, ad-hoc areas and an inviting reception. To reflect their work in the property market the office incorporates many domestic and homely features. This is a great way to boost staff well-being and culture and of course to make visitors and customers feel welcome and comfortable. The works included bringing a derelict basement and roofing back to life, and building works to make the space habitable.
Overall, HomeLets’ new office is an inviting and fashionable office and is a great addition to the Bath market.
