Paul Haskins is our founder and CEO. He founded Interaction in 1992 and still plays a key role in the company today. He brings a wealth of experience and expertise ensuring the business continues to build on it's great reputation for excellent customer service.
Robert Parkin is our Managing Director. He oversees all aspects of daily life within Interaction, bringing direction, energy and ambition to the business. He is responsible for the ultimate delivery of all projects, supervising our team of dedicated Project Managers and monitoring quality. Together, Robert and the Projects Team ensure that the client is always kept well informed and that their new space is delivered on time and on budget.
Gary Duguid is our Design Director. He takes an active role in the design of every project, ensuring design output is always of the highest standard. With more than a decade in design management, he keeps the Design Team on the cutting-edge of creativity, quality and service.
Hayley Blacker is our Sales and Marketing Director. She leads the Sales and Marketing Team in finding business, building new relationships and keeping in touch with existing friends and clients. Her team includes experienced Business Development Managers with detailed industry knowledge, who help to guide projects smoothly to site.
To support the hard work of these teams, we have many other important members of staff, including Commercial Managers, Finance Managers and Administrators, who are extremely knowledgeable of our business and dedicated to delivering great results.
